How do I update my billing information?

Select the Billing tab in the interface above, and click the Change button next to your card on file.

How do I switch between monthly & annual memberships?

Select the Plans tab in the interface above, and click the Join New button on the right side of the screen.

If your current subscription is billed monthly, this will prompt you to join an annual plan. Your annual fee will be discounted based on the monthly amount you most recently paid.

If your current subscription is billed annually, this will prompt you to join an monthly plan.

When switching plans, you don't need to cancel the original plan. This happens automatically.

How do I turn off auto-renewal?

To turn off auto-renewal, you'll need to Cancel your membership. Don't worry — you will still have Premium access for the month (or year) you previously paid for.

Select the Plans tab in the interface above, and then click the icon with the three dots in the top-right corner of your current plan.

This reveals the Cancel link — click it!

When the month (or year) you previously paid for eventually ends, you'll get an automated email letting you know Premium access has expired.

In the meantime, you can see the date your current access expires by hovering over the Ends soon badge in your account details:

You are always able to re-join a paid plan at any point in the future.

How do I cancel membership?

Select the Plans tab in the interface above, and then click the icon with the three dots in the top-right corner of your current plan.

This reveals the Cancel link — click it!

After cancelling, you will still have Premium access until the month (or year) you previously paid for expires. When your plan finally expires, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know Premium access has ended.

I can't remember my password...

Click the Forgot Password link above, next to the password field. Enter your email. It will send you a special email with a magic link to set a new password.

If you don't see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.

I don't know what email I signed up with...

The best way to confirm your account's email address is to click the Forgot Password? link shown next to the password field above.

Enter any of the email addresses you might have used to sign up.

If you enter an email that is not in the system, you'll see a member not found notice under the email field. This means that email is not in my system... so try again with a different email.

If the steps above don't work, email David and he can look up your name on his membership dashboard, in hopes this reveals the email address you used.
