About This Lesson

Hey there, friends! Here’s a walkthrough video of Capo Captain, which is a web-based tool that lets you easily calculate chords, key, and capo position for anything you (or another musician) is playing. There’s a ton of ways you can use this tool, of which I’ll show a few in this video.

Looking for a Print-Friendly Guide?

While this specific lesson doesn’t have a instructional PDF, my lesson on Capo & Musical Key has a few different visualizations & explanations that give the exact same information. This will no doubt help you calculate the chord & key combinations when using a capo, via printed paper (or digital PDF).

Need Help with Music Theory?
