My friends, a quick hello! In the left sidebar of this page, you’ll see you’re viewing the Scales, CAGED, and more bucket of lessons.

I wanted to quickly note that at the moment (early 2025), this series of lessons may sometimes seem a bit jumbled and unorganized. There’s no true “step-by-step” guidance through these lessons – yet.

This is simply a result of me making many of these lessons here-and-there over the last 3-4 years, without full awareness of how things would fit together.

But worry not – I’m actively working (behind the scenes) at overhauling my lessons on this general topic into something truly step-by-step and guided.

In the meantime, I encourage you to explore — as my lessons here (and the PDF cheat sheets I’ve made) are still quite helpful as-is. And if there’s a specific lesson or skill you’re interested in but can’t find, please email me and let me know — I can point you in the right direction or at the very least take note of your request.
