Alternating Bass Notes in Key of G
Lesson #472 • Feb 12, 2023
Description
In today’s lesson I’ll give you an overview of how to strum using alternating bass notes in the Key of G. For each chord in this key (G, Am, Bm, C, D, Em) I’ll show you a few different ways to approach this, with tabs. This is a great way to flesh out your strumming — especially in cases where you’re staying on a single chord for multiple measures. In addition to my main video lesson I have a few bonus materials. This includes 5 zoomed-in videos of example riffs, showing different exercises (with tabs) where using alternating bass notes. And of course, I have a 4-page PDF showing tabs for everything I teach in my video lessons.
