How to Memorize Song Lyrics
Lesson #517 • Sep 28, 2023
In today’s lesson I want to answer an audience question on the topic of memorizing lyrics. What’s the most efficient way to do it? I’ll share the strategies that work for me, starting with paper (print them out or write them down)! From there, it’s a process of active listening, focus, and repetition — and that’s all before you bring in the guitar parts, which can be tough to combine. But fear not, I’ll walk you through things! No matter which song you’re learning, I trust these tips will set you up for success. Let’s get to it!
