Quick Tips for Strumming in 6/8 Time (feat. No Hard Feelings by The Avett Brothers)

Need help strumming songs that don’t have four beats per measure? This lesson will help you out! I answer an audience question about the song No Hard Feelings by The Avett Brothers - and show the process of figuring out how many beats are in each measure (hint: it’s six!). From there I’ll walk through three must-know strumming patterns to use in 6/8 time, each of which builds off of the one that came before. No matter your skill level, you’ll be in good hands!
